Learn Pellowah and the Umana Technique
Shirley has worked as a Pellowah practitioner since 2009 and has been a Pellowah teacher since 2018. Pellowah Levels 1 and 2 and Umana training are each one-day sessions, held in person only.
About your teacher
Alongside her naturopathic practice, Shirley has spent many years working energetically with clients. She brings that long experience and a thoughtful, approachable manner to practitioner training. Please enquire for course pricing.
Pellowah
Pellowah Practitioner Training
Pellowah is the modality Shirley has worked with the longest. Training is offered at Level 1 and Level 2, and the two levels can be booked together. Level 1 is the practitioner training; Level 2 focuses on personal development and is optional for practising.

Umana Technique© Practitioner Training
Training in the Umana Technique© for those who would like to work with it in their own practice. Shirley became a certified Umana practitioner in July 2024 and a teacher in April 2025.

For each Pellowah weekend, Level 1 is on Saturday and Level 2 is on Sunday. All times are local Sydney time. Pellowah Level 1, Level 2, Umana training and combined options are POA (price on application).
